National Society of Black Engineers
Purpose
The mission of NSBE is "to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers, who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community."
Membership Open To
Enrolled undergraduate students, enrolled graduate students, and faculty/staff
Membership Requirements
Member- Any students enrolled at UNO who is a candidate for a degree in engineering, math, computer science, or applied/physical science and has received a registered membership card membership card through the payment of annual membership fees.
Affiliate Member- Any student enrolled at UNO, but who is not a candidate for a degree in engineering, math, computer science, or applied/physical science and has received a registered membership card membership card through the payment of annual membership fees.
Honorary Member- Any faculty, staff, or outside body who exemplify interest in the UNO NSBE Chapter.
Meetings
Once a month on Mondays in the Engineering Building, room 308.
